Every pick since 2014 — snake era (2014–2023) and auction era (2024–present)
Downside is capped at replacement level: if a player finishes worse than the number of players drafted at his position that year (roughly WR65, RB53, QB19, TE17), his finish is treated as that line — once a player falls out of the draftable pool entirely, WR175 vs WR239 is meaningless, but the draft capital spent on him still counts.
Even with the cap, deltas skew slightly negative (an injury can erase a pick, but a hit can only beat his slot by so much) — the all-time hit rate is about 40%, so anyone above that is genuinely beating the board.
